For the past decade, I’ve walked two paths—one in the spiritual world of yoga and the other in the modern world of finance. At first, I thought they were opposites. But the deeper I went, the clearer it became: they’re connected.


Yoga and finance are two sides of the same truth. One teaches us to master ourselves — the other to master money. Both are about alignment—of energy, action, and purpose. That’s when I saw the real problem. We’ve been taught to chase the surface—money, titles, and things.

But we’ve never been taught to know ourselves.
That’s why I left the familiar path—to create something different. The Anya Institute is a movement—blending ancient wisdom with modern tools to help us reconnect, evolve, and lead with purpose.
Because success isn’t about what you own. It’s about how deeply you love, how boldly you lead, and how intentionally you serve. We have a massive opportunity.

Michael Ewing
Head of Production & Operations
Michael Ewing brings a unique blend of expertise in both the entertainment industry and health and wellness. With a decade of experience as a film and television executive and producer, Michael has worked on a diverse range of projects, including films, scripted and unscripted television, documentaries, and short-form content. His recent work includes producing the action thriller *The Silent Hour* (2024) starring Joel Kinnaman, as well as the boxing biopic *Giant* (2025) starring Pierce Brosnan. Michael's career in entertainment spans notable films such as *Hit Man*, *Woman of the Hour*, *The Tinder Swindler,* and *Midway*, among many others. He also founded Expansion Entertainment, a production company that focuses on amplifying voices and stories that aim to make us better humans and inspire positive change.
Outside of film, Michael is passionate about nature and wellness, specifically the integration of the two, so he launched a company called Pine Body and Mind. In addition to being a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, Michael leads a monthly men's hiking group and organizes immersive backpacking retreats that combine physical challenges with deep reflection, aimed at helping men reconnect with nature, each other, and themselves.
